Venture Scouts from Crosby, England, returned from an with awards. They hiked and completed projects for three weeks in America.
The teams left the bus the first day of their hike and walked 10 days to a map reference point. Each team two scouts carried a , camping equipment, maps and . Each team walked a minimum of 120 (200 ) in 10 days. They also completed fourteen different projects, wrote a daily log and listed their expenses during the hike.
the end of the the teams relaxed for a few days. The judges assessed the projects and log books and decided which were the best. The Scouts Crosby all gained the award"The Explorer Belt".
